Custom iPods
We build custom iPod Classic and iPod Video players to order. Each one gets flash storage (256GB to 1TB) in place of the old hard drive and a new 3000mAh battery, and you choose your own colours for the faceplate, clickwheel, centre button and rear cover. Mail-in repairs
Need a new battery, screen, headphone jack, shell or a storage upgrade? Book and pay on our mail-in repair page, then post your iPod to us. Repairs are by post only, turnaround is 1–2 weeks from when it arrives, and return postage within Australia is free.
Parts for DIY repairs
If you'd rather do it yourself, we stock replacement parts, flash storage adapters, batteries and tools for the iPod Video and Classic.
Warranty
Every refurbished custom iPod comes with a 12-month warranty, and every repair comes with a 90-day warranty. These are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
