- Build Time: Since each iPod is built to order (Locally in Melbourne), please allow a lead time of 1–2 weeks.
- Track Limit: The approximate track limit is 50,000 for 6th & 7th gen iPods and 20,000 for 5th gen iPods, depending on your iTunes library and metadata.
Note: The track limit is determined by the iTunes database size and the iPod’s RAM, not by the storage upgrade.

- 12 months on every refurbished custom iPod.
- 90 days on repairs and on parts we fit.
Shipping
- In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 days.
- Custom builds are made to order and take 1–2 weeks.
Returns
- You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. It needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
- Custom-optioned iPods can only be returned under warranty.
