Compatibility
- Thin models: 5th / 5.5 Gen 30GB, 6th Gen 80GB and 120GB, 7th Gen 160GB
- Thick models (5th / 5.5 Gen 60GB and 80GB, 6th Gen 160GB) can switch to this thin cover after a flash mod, but you'll also need to swap the headphone jack to the thin version: see our thin black or thin white headphone jack & switch.

Fitting
Swapping a rear cover means opening your iPod and moving the internals and headphone jack across, so grab our opening tools first. Or choose a rear cover swap on our mail-in repair service, with free return postage and a 90-day warranty.

- 12 months on every refurbished custom iPod.
- 90 days on repairs and on parts we fit.
Shipping
- In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 days.
- Custom builds are made to order and take 1–2 weeks.
Returns
- You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. It needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
- Custom-optioned iPods can only be returned under warranty.
